I'm 48 and have been doing this since I was a teen. I purposely had to make my self stop because I felt A. I'm 20F and I used to do this when I was in my early teens. I stopped back in 2015 and haven't been doing it since because it's dangerous. Luckily I never experienced a kidney infection from my holds. Also girls (and maybe guys), you risk permanent damage to your kidneys if you hold it too long.
