Multiple sclerosis is a serious condition that has no cure. It cannot be treated, doctors can only deal with symptoms, which does not mean much, does it. Eventually, the patient dies. My wife passed away 3 years ago, she had this disease and she lived with it for exactly ten years. I am really sorry that you have to coupe with that now.
