As a result of the eye injury, which was not serious at all, I have changes on the iris itself. I would not even notice this but a friend saw it. I ignored it for a while, because of no symptoms, but then the eye problems started. Could this be a bad case of iritis – what should I do?

This is most likely purulent iritis, one that is symptomized with a lot of leukocytes in the eye. They are mostly accumulated in the front part of the eye. You should treat this with anti bacterial eye drops, you should also see an ophthalmologist because of the further complications that might happen easily. Don’t leave this untreated!
