Any time you have trouble breathing or severe pain, you need to see your doctor for an exam. Start with your regular doctor but I'd also suggest you see a gynecologist.
The gynecologist specializes in the reproductive system. Pain can be caused by a cyst for example and the gyn is the best resource to determine if that is the cause.
