Probably Canada. They have free medical care, but waiting times can take years and the doctor-patient relationship is horrible for the majority, as doctors in Canada do not need to be competitive like they are in the USA and elsewhere.

I am going threw the same thing right now. Mother of 3, and I can't stop throwing up and I am actually scared.
I took 300mg not knowing that's what it was, I took it yesterday at 4, and I'm still feeling it

I've taken Tramadol several times over the past year and this is the first time I'd had an issue. Today I'm extremely dizzy, nauseated, dry mouth, blurred vision, and keep feeling like I'm going to pass out. I took one last night at around 10. Just a 50 mg. Not sure why it hit me this time but this is horrible.

I had a similar experience. I took 100 mg of Tramadol around 1 am, and by 3am or so, I was agitated and anxious. I got up to use the bathroom and found I was so dizzy, I couldn't walk in a straight line. I lost completely lost coordination in my legs, which were shaking. I felt a sense of depersonalization which quickly turned into panic. It also produced an extremely painful headache that lasted until the next day and the strongest, longest lasting nausea of my life. I tried to drink water and take a little soup to stay nourished, but couldn't keep anything down until around 9 pm. Though I finally felt somewhat better and more like 'myself" I didn't recover completely until the next day. The first thing I did was throw away the bottle. I will never ever take it again. It was awful.

I had a HORRIBLE experience I will never forget. I was prescribed Tramadol after some dental work. I took one before bed ( 50 mg ) and it didn't do too much. I had to get up around 3 am and take one advil which actually helped more for the pain.
The next day I was good until around 2 pm I decided I would try another ( 50 mg ) pill. After work around 7pm I went to McDonalds to buy a cheeseburger for when I got home. I started feeling nauseous but I thought I was maybe just too hungry. When I got on the bus to go home I my breathing became labored and I started sweating like crazy and both my hands went numb, and then the numbness started going up my arms as well.
I got off the bus and basically ran into McDonalds and got them to call an ambulance. Apparantly my speech was slurred a bit too. It was very scary, I thought maybe I was having a stroke or something. When I got to the hospital they ran tests and figured it was a bad reaction to the drug, but I am otherwise a healthy person with no allergies or previous health issues, so this is kind of strange. Must be a horrible drug to give me such a reaction on so little a dosage. Remember I only used a 50 mg pill once yesterday and once today, so it's not like I was overdoing it or a super high dosage.
I will never use Tramadol and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I've been prescribed Tramadol for years now. It used to be rather effective for me, but something about it has changed. In 2019 I stopped taking it for about 9 months because it started making me sick and causing horrible headaches. I've been trying it again sporadically for about 6 months now with some success, but I seem to be moving back to the point that it just causes problems. I've been taking only 1/2 pill, but even that small dose will often cause a pronounced headache the following day that lasts about 18 hours. If I attempt to treat a Tramadol caused headache the following day with more of the drug the headache becomes extreme accompanied with other general sickness feelings. It really stinks because it worked really well for me for so long. Before Tramadol I used to take butalbital, but I can't handle the caffeine in that drug. What else is there for on demand headache treatment? My success with acetaminophen and ibuprofen is limited. Neither seem to help much at all unless I go for much higher doses and I don't like doing that.
