I had unprotected sex 6 days ago and I've been sick for the past 2-3 days. Started with extreme cramps an extreme headache and back pain. Then I got joint pain in everything and a sore throat and then I started having hot flashes. The last day I had all of these symptoms and slept all day. The next day I woke up and all the issues were gone except my sore throat and I was bleeding. I thought it was my period but its a week and a half early and the blood was like purple black. It stopped half way threw the day then around midnight started again and it was more normal period blood but I have period cramps or anything. Im not to sure what to think. Can some one help me out?

Hi, i just think its a coincidence that you just had sex and you are experiencing these symptoms. I mean, i dont know if you can even get pregnancy symptoms that early. I think you got some sort of virus and that is why you were having hot flashed and sore throat. My gf explained to me that menstrual cycle can be easily affected by a flu, stress, or even anxiety. I dont know, if i were you i would not be so much worried. But if you get really worried that you might be pregnant than the obvious thing to do is to get a home pregnancy test. Just make sure that you take this test first thing in the morning and that it has been at least 10 days since your last unprotected sex. Hope this helps
