I have this big red swollen lump on my butt which hurts a lot, this is the second time it happens at the same spot and I has some little bumbs with pus all over it

I get huge bumps on my vaginal and butt t area off and on between periods lately really sucks when I pop them it helps them go away but have to do it more than once so annoying and when I sweat I get them real bad I put powder in my underwear to control wetness
