implantation bleeding (the bleeding some women get in early pregnancy) happens about 8-12 days after having unprotected sex, not 2, so I doubt it would be that.
If you have taken all pills correctly at the same time each day there should be no risk of pregnancy.
Considering you are only on your third pack of pills, breakthrough bleeding is still liable to happen.
I should think you are ok, if you like, you can take a test 15 days after you had sex (thats in 13 days time though!)
easier yet, wait for your withdrawal bleed, this will be a good indicator!
