Yes its perfectly natural hun for them to be any shade of color from pink to all most black and also normal for them to be long in some woman.

Don't feel unlucky because you have large dark labia because they are loved by a lot of guys, you should treasure them as a gift you have been given.
There size is something in your genes maybe your mother or grandma has them, and the colour your never change because it is actual skin pigment colour, it's normal for the genital region to be a different colour to the surrounding skin and you shouldn't feel like you are different because your not there are a lot of other girls out there with the same worries about it as you have.
