Bleeding after Intercourse

So, my boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 years and I am the type where I freak out in the middle of intercourse and sometimes in the beginning of intercourse so we never get too far. But every time I have had sex we are protected. I will not start anything with out him being protected and I will not start anything if I am not on birth control. But we have been giving each other Hand Jobs. So every time we do I bleed immediatly after it happens. Recently I have been masturbating myself because we have had opposite schedules and each time I immediatly Bleed. Also a few months back I did it once then, I bleed for 6 weeks straight. I told my mother about the bleeding but, I never told her about the Hand Jobs because I am too embarassed. I know its something everyone does but, its hard to tell people. So if anyone has any advise or as had the same thing happen please help..
