iv had som bleeding that doesnt look like my regular period but is still on going ad this is the 3rd day of it i have cramps and a backach just like all my other periods but the blood is lighter that my regular period i took a pregnacy test and it was negative now what do i do

You wait a bit longer and see what happens. The backache and the cramping sounds like PMS and it may happen that you experienced some irregular bleeding before your period. Home pregnancy test is accurate on the day you miss (were supposed to get) your period, not before.
