I started my period on the 5th of this month, and it ended around the 11th. On the 18th of this month, I went to pee, and after I urinated, I happened to look down at the toilet paper and noticed a few tiny, bright red specks of blood on the toilet paper. After noticing this, I looked in the toilet and there was no visible blood in the urine in the toilet.

I went to the bathroom a few times after (I seem to be peeing a lot lately) and there was no blood. This morning I woke up and urinated again and there was blood on the toilet paper. But, throughout the day there was no blood on the paper when after I urinated. But, it's back again tonight. It seems to only happen in the morning and at night... Throughout the day, I don't see blood on the toilet paper... If that makes any sense.

Lately (within the last couple of days), I've had abdominal pain, a near-constant headache, gas, diarrhea, and a weird, stringy discharge (just once when I urinated). I looked up my symptoms online, and it looked like I could have anything wrong with me from a kidney infection to spotting during ovulation to pregnancy (that's not possible, I'm a virgin). Also, on and off (not every time I pee), it will burn a bit when I urinate.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with me? I'm starting to get a little freaked out.
