I am a 35 y/o mother of three. I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured in 2001. I had part of my left fallopian tube removed then had a bilateral tubal after my second and third child. (My left fallopian tube was tied again, but my right was untouched after my second child, Dr. error)
My husband and I were having sex with my ankles on his shoulders to reach my Gspot and I was not experiencing any pain but he said you're bleeding. It was a fair amount, but I was not gushing or anything. The bleeding was gone by the next morning but I'm having a burning sensation on the left side and a feeling of heaviness in my lower abdomen. I'm kind of worried because of the heaviness I felt when I had the ectopic, it ruptured and I nearly bled to death.
Other than the burning sensation, a slight fullness to my lower abdomen and feeling a little more tired than usual I feel alright. My husband is worried to death though, understandably since the Doctors told him I was about 15 minutes away from death with the ectopic rupture. But having my tubes tied, I'm not concerned about another ectopic, but unsure as to what this could be, my husband and I have been together for 12 years so it's not anything new we've tried.

If you want to have an orgasm without a guy or sex toy then try fingering yourself and if that doesn't work out then find a squishy cylinder object and use that or even use a pen.
