ladies and gents

i have quit for 5 months now and smoked for more than 30 years (the last three being the heaviest) i have no cough but clear a lot of phlegm from throat, suffer from SOB but i have another problem (bloated stomach and paliptations in the lower abdomen or under the ribs. anyone experienced such symptoms please????

I know this all to well. I am in my 9th month quit and all stomach related symptoms have gone for the most part. I still have some SOB and anxiety left but hope that will be gone soon as well. It's a long road to recovery for me. ~Keith
