Heyy i have been having the same problem!.. for a couple weeks now i have been experiencing LOWER ABDOMINAL pressure or bloating feeling.. and small cramping throughout my stomache. it dosnt burn or hurt when i pee.. but i feel the need to have to pee alot!.. mostly at night when im trying to go to bed i feel like i have to pee but i dont really have to.. i have a gyno appointment tomorrow.. but i have been looking things up online.. and UTI is pain and burning while you pee.. same with bladder infection.. a kidney infection is blood.. the only symptoms that match with mine are ovarian or uterne cancer.. whcih is also called "the silent killer".. have you seen a gynocologist?..
