I am experiencing bloating, more stools daily that are slightly loose, and lower back pain, mainly on the left but sometimes across the lower back. At first there was a brown urinary spotting only one day. My ob/gyn sent antibiotics for a possible uti. No more spotting but still some bloating and loose stools and back pain. If anyone has these symptoms and knows what it is and what to do about it, please share. I have been under lots of unusual stress since November but this won't change until September. :-(

Hello there Mary Jones

I am sure that you are aware that stress is killer number one and that you need to do something about it. Alternative medicine is based on positive thinking and this is step number one. So you know that you will be under great pressure until September but you shouldn’t let that this leads you and make your condition even worse.

Since you are consulting with your doctor and he has prescribed you therapy for possible uti even if this is your problem antibiotics are gonna solve it. Lower back pain can be symptom of various conditions so maybe it is best to ignore it. Hopefully you will resolve your problems as soon as possible and stress is not going to be part of your life anymore.

sometime Chemical imbalance in brain, due to that biological charges reduced that is serotonin in brain i.e neurotransmitters,

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, a specialized molecule that allows nerve cells to communicate and interact with each other. Without neurotransmitters we would be unable to think, perceive, move, or even live. Serotonin also does double duty in the cardiovascular and gastrointestinal systems. It helps regulate the expansion and contraction of blood vessels and the function of platelets, the blood cells that cause blood to coagulate and close a wound. It also causes smooth muscles to contract, such as the abdominal muscles that aid digestion by pushing food through the GI tract.

stop antibiotics, start some prokinetic medicine which increase the bowel movements with some anti depression tablets for few days.

Start think positive ,life style changes is required like physical activity, drink lot of water in a day,
