About a week ago, after having sex with my girlfriend, i noticed that the head of my penis became very sensitive. I believe i must have somehow irritated the area between the head and shaft, due to the fact that it began getting red, and very dry. I applied Vaseline to it to sooth the dryness and its slowly starting to heal.
At around the same time, i noticed whenever i pee, it feels as though there is some sort of very minute blocking occurring, causing the flow of pee to not be as strong as it normally is. Even with a bit of a push on my end, it feels as though perhaps there is a pimple, or some sort of thing that is causing this slightly constricted feeling. I thought nothing of it, hoping it would go away within a few days. We are each others first and only partners, so i have ruled out any STD's.
After masturbating last night, i decided, after ejaculating, to squeeze my penis quite firmly, from the base, all the way to the tip to see if i could either pop whatever was inside, or feel for any lumps of any kind. I felt no lump, however i did squeeze hard enough ot have some of the left over cum release with a slight slight bit of blood. no more than 1 ml.
I instantly became worried, being after midnight, exhausted and paranoid. I looked online to see what i could find, but nothing fit the description. Anything which pertained to blood in penis had to do with prostate cancer, or kidney stones, both which didn't fit the description of what happened to me.
There is absolutely no pain when i pee, but still a very very slight blocking feeling. the pee flows freely with a slight constriction. There is absolutely no blood coming out of my penis at any moment, either from peeing or from masturbation, but i am worried as to why squeezing my penis as hard as i did created some blood discharge.
I am quite confident that this is not related to my prostate or bladder, as the feeling/blood came from me squeezing my penis, but i would like to know if you have ever heard of anything remotely like this before, as i do not have time to see the doctor within the next 2 weeks.

It sounds like an injury or an infection, although with both you're likely to feel pain. Otherwise it sounds like an STD, although with being monogamous, that's also unlikely.
You're best bet is seeing the doctor. Ask yourself how important your health is. I understand you say you don't have time to see the doctor, but ask yourself how important it is to get this treated now. I strongly suggest you make time and get yourself in to see the doctor via appointment or urgent care.

I will, without quesiton, contact my doctor. I was simply hoping, in the meantime, to find some clarity for what is going on as to ease my paranoiya. As i stated, i fear the worst, however after reading other peoples symptoms with blood discharge from their penis, i can rule out that what is going on over at my end is far from it. I no doubt feel that whatever force i used to squeeze my penis ( similar after ejaculation, when you want to rid the urethra of any left over ) now multiply the pressure you apply by 3 or 4 times. I have no doubt that if there were something inside, i either damaged or popped it. But alas, this is only speculation and as i have not had any success reading anyone else who has anything remotely similar to this, i hoped in finding some peace of mind by asking the question.

My partner's doctor said it could be caused by trauma in intense climax and probably burst a tender blood vessel, however he has sent a specimen away to be tested. That's all I can tell you at the moment.
