If it's been happening for a while, it could be a severe torn, or severe liver failure. If it's pure red, that means the kidneys are not filtering properly, could be due to eating really bad or unhealthy things non-stop. It could also be a tumor or kidney stones, you must go to the doctors fast whether or not he has insurance. It could save his life. He also hasn't been going to the doctors for two weeks so make sure u keep an eye on him, and your phone with u at all times, any situation can happen. If u notice him turning yellow, make sure he goes, that is liver failure, making his eye ball and skin yellow which is jaundice. You'd be surprised of how much this happens, and feed him greens and water, he needs to filter out his kidneys. And has he been drinking a lot, if so, take away ALL the alcohol away. Had that issue at 28 as well. The doctors went in with a scope...yes, through my wah hah and removed the extra tissue that was restricting my pee. They said it may return. Afterwards, I could go like a race horse but they were right, it did close up again but fortunately, not bad enough to cause bleeding. Good luck!

I recently went to the restroom the other day and urinated there was some little pain then a few drops of blood came out so I figured too just take some antibiotics and drink some water and cranberry juice and it would be fine but it wasn't I went again a little after the same thing happened but there was a cloth like looking clump that came out
