Hi. I have some questions and I would like to find some answers about possible diet choice.
I have problems with overweight about five years now and I have used several diets till now. Only last of them helped me but it was about counting calories intake every day.
You can't imagine how tedious, boring, and downright impractical this can be.
Is there any good and effective diet which does not include these boring things?
