So, you're 22 years old and you want to gain weight.  In order to gain weight you need to take in more calories than you burn each day.  If you're not a big eater that could be difficult.  What I suggest is that you take in a high calorie supplement like a protein shake that contains a fair amount of health fat and carbohydrates.  You can also consume some pasta and bread but make sure they are whole wheat forms so that you get the fiber that you need.  I don't know what your current caloric intake is but see if you can increase your caloric intake by at least 500 calories a day and see if that doesn't work.
