I was just sitting at my table enjoying a morning coffee. Suddenly I took with this sudden sharp gripping pain in Center of my breast bone. I thought was weird it was not to left of of my chest.. The pain was breathtaking and quite strong,lasted for just a few seconds at a time.  Then about a few minutes later I had like the same kind pain in my left kidney, which I thought could be a stone  but again it only last for a couple minutes as well .. Any ideas of what it could be?
