Hi there......My brother broke his sternum in 2010 and was never hospitalized. He still have major pain and having problems with his stomach. He has had a lot of blood work and the xrays show that there is still a break in the sternum. I am not sure why he was not hospitalized.

I continually and randomly keep getting a very sharp pain in my sternum bone that lasts about 5-10 seconds. I cannot attribute this to any type of action or injury. Any comments?
