I had a medical abortion about 3 weeks ago, rapidly approaching 4. I'm still having a brown discharge and I can tell that my cervix is still open. How long can I expect this discharge to last? How long will it take my cervix to close? The discharge is not pleasant smelling, but it doesn't still infectiony either (if that makes any sense). I'm also wondering if it is safe to have sex with this discharge. Any help would be appreciated.
