my period finished a week ago. but about 4 days ago, there was this lumpy brown discharge. this morning it was more liquid-like like dry blood probably. ive heard that its just cleaning old blood and tissue out yet it began 3 days after my period ended??

ALSO, when i got out of the shower this morning i felt a single pimple right on the outside of my vagina and im not sure wht this means or if it should be cause for concern.
