About 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I had sex, and when we finished we noticed the condom had broken. I went later the next day and got the morning after pill, took it and didn't think about it after that. My breasts have started to hurt, to the point where when I take the shower even water hitting them hurts a lot. I've been on birth control now for a little over three weeks, and I'm sure this could be a side affect from the birth control, but is that something that happens often? My breasts have also grown, and I noticed that at night my stomach starts to cramp and hurt. My period is around the end of the month, so idk if it could be because of that or could I be pregnant? Help!

The morning after pill has a success rate of about 99%- same as the pill! So with that, plus you being ont he pill for 3 weeks - I am pretty sure it's from the hormones! It takes about 2 or 3 cycles for your body to become adjusted to the hormones from the pills - which would show in similar feelings to being pregnant! eg. breasts hurting, weight gain, acne, joint pain, even a cold etc. So pretty sure you are OK Wait for your period - this too might be wonky with the pills - and IF it doesn't come take a HPT, but it should be OK! Also have your boyfriend keep on using a condom ALWAYS and for him to pull out and ejaculate into the condom away from your body - this will virtually nullify ANY chances of pregnancy and those darn "oopses" Good luck and health!
