I have a girlfriend for a few months and not so long time ago I discovered something that worried me. I realized she has some small bumps on opening of vagina. I have never seen something like this, so I wonder could it be some sexually transmitted disease. Should I talk to her and told her to visit doctor because of this? I am concerned about her health too, but before I say anything, I need to know if that is maybe common among women?

What you described, is not normal anatomy of woman’s body. There is nothing down there looks like bumps on vagina opening. Anyway, I have friend who had similar problem and she was very concerned about herself. She visited gynecologist asking what it could be. After exam, he told her it is just oily glands, which look like bumps on her vagina opening. During that exam, everything else was normal, as well as glands. I believe your girlfriend has the same thing, which should not worry her, especially not you. Probably that is too much prominent so you have noticed it easily, but definitely that is nothing you could get. That was case with my friend; although I cannot claim 100% sure, it is the same with your girlfriend. The best would be for her to make exam at her gynecologist, he is going to check it and see if that is maybe something else.
