what you have is a UTI. a Urinary Tract INFECTION. it is NOT an STD. so RELAX. it STILL can get pretty serious if you dont treat it as soon as possible though. and if you have had it for some time and it SEEMS to be going away , it ISNT. your body is just becoming LESS IMUNE to the PAIN, but the UTI is STILL in effect !
you can get a UTI by
1. not bathing enough
2. (like she did) having anal sex and the proceding back to vaginal sex WITHOUT cleaning off the penetrator.
3. touching something dirty such as a doorknob, public faucet, garbage, raw meat ETC and then touching yourself down there WITHOUT washing your hands.
4. if you have unprotected sex with someone who hasnt bathed in while. you can tell this by a certain odor a male will have in his private area. a CLEAN male will USUALLY have almost NO odor AT ALL except maybe a faint smell of his body soap or lotion , opposed to us females who will always have a faint "fish" like smell .. or a distint odor ... BECAUSE whereas a male's genitial's covered in SKIN .. like the skin on his arm or leg .. a female's part is TISSUE like on the INSIDE of your body.
now that you know what you have, GO TO THE GYN.!
there IS medicine for this BUT you HAVE to go to a Doctor to see what STAGE you are on with your UTI to get the RIGHT prescription for YOU. everyone is NOT the same, ladies ! the ONLY way to be sure is to get CHECKED OUT !
stay safe, stay clean .. stay SMART. :-D

Ok well i have had a UTI and they gave me meds for it and it still didnt go away... They said it was from my discharge and they just said that my discharge contaminated my urine so they did a catheter on me and it came back clean so you might wanna add that to your message thing to people and they said its because I dont drink enough water.... Well im just trying to be helpful!!

Holding one's bladder too long.
Having too much sex (you should always pee before/after sex, you use alot of the same muscles)
Being a diabetic can make you especially prone.
Also... taking baths instead of showers.
While what this person is describing is most likely a UTI, there are STDs that cause discomfort urinating, however the blood in the urine points to a UTI or stones somewhere in the urinary tract... and it doesn't sound like you're in enough pain for it to be stones anywhere in the urinary tract.

- * have the habit of cleaning up vaginal area immidiately after having sex(this will reduce no of visits to the doctor!!!!!!!!!)
- * pee before and after having sex(protected/unprotected)
- * if u have significant pain while peeing(before/after/during) then immidiately see your doctor, don't waste time otherwise you may endup in more pain.
- * don't have sex until your doctor advices you about this otherwise the condition may get worst.
- * keep drinking lot of water until the pain gets over, this will help to reduce the infection level.BUT ALWAYS DRINK FULL GLASS OF WATER DON'T KEEP ON SIPPING IT NOW AND THEN.
- *BE SMART to keep watch on the healty habits of your sexual partner.

Hi! I hope someone sees this as soon as possible cause I don't know what is happening with my body or urinary system.
I've had sex w my partner five days ago (and it isn't the first time) but experienced no pain in urinating. After a day, I constantly wake up early in the morning have the urge to urinate and when I do, it is painful and there's a little amount of blood and some sort of "tissue"-like substance that comes out with it. I had my urine checked in a hospital lab the next day and the results showed normal. And it is only during the morning that I feel such pain. Can someone help? Thank you so much!
