About 1 1/2 months ago I had sex for the first time, the condom broke and I was into it so I just kept going, the girl isnt pregnant or anything but about 2 or 3 weeks after having sex for the first time I started noticing the tip of my penis had an itchy feeling, and nothing would make it go away, then the very tip of my foreskin (im not circumsized) became slightly red (just the tip in kinda a ring around it), and now when i pee i get a painful or burning feeling, especially in the morning when I wake up, sometimes i notice a faint foul smell but rarely, also sometimes i have to pee really badly and it ends up being very little urine, but this doesnt happen very often.

i have no discharge or anything extreme like that....what do you guys think? could it be just a minor infection that will pass with time?
