Burning when urinating

I have had a ut infection on and off for 3 years, been on antibolic for 3 years on and off, have had 2 specialist, been scoped, ultra sounded. cannot find anything wrong I am 67 do you think artifical sweetners have anything to do with this? I have used them for years, especially sweet and low Please see if you can help me. :-(

just drink alot of water or 100% craneberry juice while you go see a urologist maybe he can priscribe some antiobiatics it is very important that you see medical care the sooner the better thank you a big hello from mcallen,texas god bless
