Hi, i am 23 years old and wonder if any body can help. i recently suffered with a extremely bad uti. the pain began with burning when i went to the toilet. There was no discharge, but i did notice a bit blood. it then progreesed to needing the toilet constantly. I then experianced a feeling like i needed to push ( i am definitely not pregnant). This was extremely painfull. My mother also suffers with exactly the same thing. Can anybody help or offer any advice as to what could be causing this.
