I have a brother who is 17years old, whose breast has started developing and has been telling has it has been paining him and one is bigger than the other, somepeople has been saying is breast tissue which is normal in boys but it has been a long time can anyone tell me what to do for the breast tissue to reduce.

Hey again if gynomastica or breast development is totally normal for a guy to experiance durring puberty and usually goes down as puberty progresses.... how tall is your brother and how much does he weigh. It is also normal for his "breasts" to be a little tender
