I still have a good 30 - 40 lbs to loose to be at my ideal weight. My rough goal is to see how I feel at 180 and then adjust my routine to sculpt. I've been reading a lot of information on the web about gynecomastia and surgery, but haven't found any information I would consider balanced and informative about excercise and it's effectiveness for correcting the condition or specific routines for doing so. Can anyone point me some good resources?

I'm glad to see this thread. Most places state that corticosteroids (such as most asthma inhalers) do not cause gynecomastia, and that only anabolic steroids do. That being said, I'm dealing with the same problems, been asthmatic and on meds most my life, and never once knowingly touched anabolics, so. These idiots who want to instantly jump to "oh, it's just because you're fat" need to be smacked, too.
Personally, I am a bit overweight, granted; but there's a difference between feeling fatty tissue and feeling muscle mass. So.

I also have suffered with this condition since about 10-12 years old and funny thing is that's about the same time I started taking inhalers to control my asthma, 10 years later I lost a lot of weight and was in great shape and still had them, now regained weight and they are worse than ever more than 20 years later. If anyone has any advice on legal action or success reducing them please help!

Wow!!!! So I was a skinny kid and had asthma since age 4. I continued to have it but then I was given Prednisone and in 5th grade blew up. I went from skinny kid to EXTREMELY overweight and developed very large chest. I can't believe I found this site. It's a horrible drip and I will never let my kids take it if there is an alternative!!!!!!
