Hi, I am always tired and have no engergy at all. I have an average sleep. I've tried sleeping more or less but i'll still be the same, i've tried following the same schedule and routine for weeks to adjust but i'm still the same. I daydream about sleeping. About 5 five minutes after getting up i'm already thinking about how i want the day to go by fast so i can come home and rest. It makes it hard for me to work and or go to school or even have any activities planned. At work sometimes i would even sleep in the bathroom for 10 or so minutes because i just couldn't keep up. My eating is normal. I've tried and done everything from researching online for help. The only thing I haven't done is to visit the doctor because obviously they will just tell me what i've already know and or to do the same, there isn't much on this to help out myself and people that are like me. Now what would you call me? and as what the topic says.. well, is there anything i can possibly apply to help myself?
