Can I get pregnant if me and my BF are sleeping naked togeth

Like 'bare', without a pill? Its bugging me aa lot, I really want to do that but like most girls im afraid of geting pregnant. I mean like only sleeping snugled in 'spoon' position, not having sex ofcourse.
