can i never drink again???

Hi, i was wondering if you could help me this all started on my 20th birthday - myself and friends arrived at a restaurant and everything was fine , a bit later i ended up throwing up after only having one glass of wine. It turned out i had a water infection and i got put on anti-biotics. The weekend after i went out again to celebrate and drank alot n was fine until i got home and had sickness and diarrhea for about 7 hours in the night i literally thought i was going to pass out with cold sweats and being freezing oviously i couldn't go to work the next day and i blamed it on the anti-biotics. A couple of weeks later i went out again and drank what i usually would, when i got home the same thing happened again! i went to my doctors but she just blamed it on the anti-biotics still being in my system. I literally didn't drink for the next 2 months bar a glass of wine here and there and felt fine. Yesterday afternoon i had 2 glasses of wine and ended up throwing up and having diarrhea. i would like to go to my doctors but i want more than a 'don't drink' answer as i have been drinking fine for years. I am also going to live abroad in december for 6 months so i need it sorting out asap. please help!!!
