I really dont know what to do. This is what has been bugging me for a while. I have cramps during my period and I think theyre related to the running. Im a very persistent person and I always follow my schedule, which means that if I run three times a week, I wont miss any due to the period. I use tampons and drink medicines to prevent the pain in my stomach. But this is impossible to eliminate. Help?

The only advice I can give you is to stop training during the period, because that is quite exhausting, not to mention quite useless since you train in order to improve your physical condition and health in general. By doing what you are, you only torture your body and I dont know how efficient this can be since I believe that your running performance is pretty bad while struggling with those cramps. You can, for example, calculate when your next period will be and run thee times in row during the week before, if necessary, and stay at home and rest during your period. Spare your body from such a cruel treatment. Youll see itll be much better.
