I can't stop mastutbation every night. I have to do it every night... I try my hardest not to but the urges get the best of me... I've completly reduced the amount of music videos I've watched and women I talk to... But some how I still have the urge... I've been doing it since my teen days and I'm 26.. How do I stop???

true words my friend the only real way to stop this addiction is to lay down your life to christ and stop trying to do it all your self. I'm 16 and since i done this my life is full of joy and happyness. i thought god was fake but, what i found out was is he is not. he really wants to forgive us of are past and set are future free. this my friends is really the only true answer. unless you wanna do it the hard way with doctors and stuff i don't lol.

I'm a bit older than you. I started when I was 14, and I need to stop because in a few months, I'm going to see my family in Seattle, which means I won't have a lot of privacy to do the deed. My advice would be to distract yourself. Yeah, I know that a lot of people might say it, but it does work. If you're thinking on something else besides that then the urge down under won't come into affect. THough it only lasts for as long as you don't think about it and are not bored.
