I m 19 n when I was 15 I lose my hymen when I put finger inside my vigina it was blood on my finger but it was not alot . Now I m 19 I still keep doing the same thing putting my finger in my vigina but from last 6 months I stop doing it. Can my hymen be restore after certain amount of time like within some years if I stop bothering my viginal area n stop putting my finger inside or stop doing masturabation. I m very depressed coz hymen is very imp in our culture n i m feeling like I can never get married now . I never had a sexual I tercourse eventhough I m 19 . But hymen means alot in our society n i guess not having hymen what I would say to my would b husband . Plz plz plz tell me what to do can my hymen get restore with the passage of time or if any other way than how can I get my hymen back intact . Plus my whole finger can go deep inside my vigina , does that really mean that I ve lost my hymen?? Plz plz plz help me . Ur comments would b highly appreciated thank u so much

No, your hymen won't "heal" as such. Especially as you continue to keep doing this...
But...there are surgical procedures that can restore your hymen. Check with a doctor.
It sounds as though, yes, you've lost your hymen. It may still not be completely torn however. A gynecologist can tell you during an exam.
