My mother has started with pletal a month ago. It seems to me that it has shown good effect on her legs and that she walks much easily now. But she has started complaining on dizziness and palpitations and I have also noticed that she has developed tachycardia for several times. Could it be that these symptoms were caused by pletal?

Pletal works by widening blood vessels and thats its expected and wanted effect that has mainly on legs, but that selectively. As it widens blood vessels it can lower blood pressure and cause dizziness and lightheadedness. Low blood pressure is often associated with palpitations and tachycardia. Id suggest you to report this to your moms physician, so it can be solved somehow.
