I am 42 in fairly good shape, rarely ever get sick. My brother is 43 and had a heart attack that was found to be because of the hypercoagulation, that is said to be in our family. I have always known that my blood is very thick, but I now question if it is my link to having only two day cycle. One day is heavy, and one day is very light. Then I pass some clots, for a day or two, then dark brown and it is over. I tried for more than a year to get pregnant, but nothing...

I am over weight, but not by much; about 15 Lbs, and it does take a lot to loose even a few pounds for me. I eat healthy, don't drink sodas, and don't smoke. I have stomach issues, sometimes go for 3 or 4 days without movement. I am currently taking some herbs to body purify, and to clean the colon. I tend to break out on the face, neck, and my back.

I have had some issues with my breathing, but I just passed it off to the humidity being high; it feels like a panic attack, my chest gets very tight, my breath is short, and feels like I can't get air all the way down in my lungs.

I did a lot of flying to Europe last year, the tips of my toes, and fingers started getting cold, and going numb. I would sleep with two pairs of socks on and sometimes the electric blanket.

I sometimes catch a cold chill, and have to stay in bed for a few hours, with lots of blankets, or electric blanket...I also sometimes run a fever in the night, and wake up sweating.

Should I be looking at the hypercoagulation, as a cause for any of my issues?

I think that since you have determined that there is a family history of the issue that you should definitely investigate it as an option. Is there any way you can consult with a doctor about this to make sure that you're doing okay? Let me know how it goes. I'd like to hear from you and see how you're doing. Thanks!
