Im pretty sure girls can not get pregnant from semen on toilet. i know this because a friend and i would always be freaking out about sitting on toilets because someone could of masturbate or something, i mean you never know! But then i heard that once semen has contact with air, it dries out and it kills the sperm. So Nopee i highly doubt it.
