Can you get pregnant if you get sperm after masturbation in you

Last night my boyfriend masturbated and came in his pants, then he went to wash up in the toilet using tissue paper, after that, we tried having sex which failed cause he only inserted his penis into my vagina about 5cm which hurted and then we stopped. Today morning i found myself not a virgin anymore. Is there a chance that i am pregnant? cause I'm not sure if my boyfriend washed up the sperm completely and there might be some that got into my vagina even though it was barely inserted in. There was about 5-10mins after he washed up and came back. He also told me he peed after ejaculating. Please help! I'm freaking out right now
