You are in puberty. Puberty is when you are capable of reproduction - ejaculate.
Your penis is larger than average for a 13-14 year old, 3-4" erect. Average for an adult male is 5.1".
You'll keep developing into your early 20's. You can expect a growth spurt in a year or two.
