It sure would seem unlikely. The odds just are not in favor of that happening. When you release a charge inside, there are millions of those little swimmers and very few if any survive the trip to the target. The vagina is a killing field for sperm. If you managed to have any at all on your finger (which is nearly impossible given what you say) it is practically impossible that it or they managed to survive the trip to the target.
