It is highly unlikely for you to get pregnant because your boyfriend fingered you. Sperm dies once it hits oxygen (the air). Unless his penis was very very close or inside your vagina when he ejaculated (cums), you will not get pregnant. Never have sex without protection unless you are absolutely ready for a baby. Also, you should make sure his hands are clean before you let him put his fingers inside you. Not that the result of it would lead to something absolutely terrible, but you could end up with a yeast infect. It is treatable, but is quite painful and annoying.
