Hi i am a 24 year old who cant stop smoking and killing myself off slowly i am finding it really hard to stop all the drugs i do, but am finding it really hard, i am only asing for help now is because i have been not sleeping for the last week i had three hours sleep in this week, but thats it i am also not eating i have tried smoking cannabis and maybe that would make me hungry and sstill i have not eaten and the fact that everytime i get paid i spend it all on drugs and fags, so anyone out there if you have a solution plz let me know.
