i have't been able to taste sugar for 9 months in counting but it only seems to be the back of my tounge that make the sugar bitter

Have you seen a doctor to determine the cause? There are some medical conditions that can affect your taste, acid reflux, some oral viruses, and others. I'd suggest a visit to an ENT (otolarynologist) for an evaluation.
