Hello,
Nope, Carbo lock pills are not safe. They contain special ingredient, called phaselous vulgaris The extract interferes with an enzyme in the body called alpha-amylase which breaks down carbohydrates into glucose. Normally, carbohydrates are being broken down and turning to fat, but with this phaselous vulgaris, the carbs are turned out from the body before they can enter the bloodstream.
The FDA reports that they have no medical studies, that report that this procedure is healty safe for human body. It is for the short run, since known side effects are diarrhea, muscle pain … but on the long run, the FDA takes no responsibility. It could be said that carbo lock pills are not safe for human body.
