I am not sure what creatine is, other than that it is some kind of supplement that is extremely popular in the bodybuilding world. From what I have seen, creatine is a must for every bodybuilder and aspiring bodybuilder. They all talk about creatine like it is candy. But is creatine really safe? What are the side effects involved?
