Every simple cold turns in to a chest infection. The week after I have a runny nose I end up cough cough coughing and this ends up 9 times out of 10 with a chest infection which on occasions requires 2 courses of antibiotics. I would like a cure which didn't involve antibiotics or even a
diet which would keep it at bay all together. Help I am desperate.
